Q: How fast can you ship my order?
A: We usually ship on the same day if the order was placed before 1:00 PM Pacific time, otherwise we will ship the next day.
Q: Can I send my product in for repair?
A: We honor a six month manufacturers warranty. As long as you have had your product for less than 6 months, you can contact us to setup your repair.
Q: Do you ship outside of US?
A: Yes, but our free shipping policy doesn’t cover international shipping. We will have to charge extra for shipping for orders outside the US.
Q: What size batteries do your feeders use?
A: The AF-108 and AF-108 Plus use 4 “C” size batteries and the AF-200 uses 4 “D” size batteries.
Q: Can I use wet food with your feeders?
A: On our AF-108 and AF-108 Plus, yes! as long as you don’t leave it sitting for many days. The AF-200 feeder is for dry food only.
