Shipping costs and delivery time may vary from what is posted on this site.
Shipping to the United States is free for all orders over $10 USD and the rates vary for all other orders of $9.99 and under. Rates are based on weight by current USPS pricing. We also ship to Canada and the rates charged for shipping orders are based on the USPS and Canada Post current rates using weight and destination. Orders can take 1-2 days to process and ship. Transit time is anywhere from 3-5 business days in the US and 4-7 business days when shipping to Canada. Qpets is not responsible for any orders that take longer to be delivered due to weather or a disruption in the USPS or Canada Post shipping service. If an order is returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping charges paid for the original delivery to the customer will not be refunded.
